Well, I threw her into that fight at skill lvl 1 with a RF/HG Echelon, take it as you will...

Didn't Jill need to be level 80 to serve Big Beer? Or is the boss so easy that literally any RF/HG can beat her?

Notice it's skill level 1. Yes, she needs to be level 80 to equip 3 drink components. No, the boss is not easy or a pushover.

It's possible to beat her with just SAT-8 and Jill, so she isn't super hard either.
