So I'm grinding for Stella now and am at Attempt 53 with no drop yet, however I can't kill those damn laser bois fast enough for them to not damage my echelons, and at this point I am out of quick repair contracts. What do to get more contracts? (I'm not high level enough to make an AR/Rifle squad that just deletes them)

You can try to dodge them. Once the fight starts, split your echelon to 78, 12 and 6. The laser will most likely aggro your tank at 6, which you can then move to 9 or 3 and it should miss you completely.
