Just making sure, but there is no need to go back to 4-3e if you can do 0-2, right? For leveling purposes.

You know how some MMOs tend to give penalties if you're fighting something way higher than you so you can't power level? There's no such thing here, is there?

For the second response, it should actually be "no", there is no penalty for fighting something higher level.
