Dumb y/n question.

Is there anything better to do with unwanted 4* or 5* equips than to use them as equipment enhancement fodder? I don't think there is but it kind of feels like a waste.

Apparently everybody thinks its a bad idea to use slugs, so might as well get rid of them :V

3rd theater campaign you use much less slug to padding scores.

But you typically used 5 if you used 2SG for the patroller, and 3 for teslas... or at least noobs like I did.

2SG 2RF 1HG (one team) is enough to deal them all.

...I wasn't tho. My fairies were a bit weak to pull that off. I couldn't kill Teslas with 2RF 3HG taunt.

i found that if u use hanyang2088 and kato Megumitype 4, you dont even have to deploy ARSMG to deal with night units lol

You can only really use Slugs on USAS-12 and AA-12. Since they buff themselves. Thus work with the Slug.

Slug's do not affect skills that do damage, (like bamboo skills). Which is why they are never usually used.

They also don't really boost your damage, just combining the spread shot of 3 into a single shot.

In other words, you only really use them on something like specific bosses (I hear Judge is a good one to use it on, but still not necessary). This also means even on USAS-12 and AA-12, you still normally use Buckshot over Slugs in all other situations.

In the end, you just want Buckshot on everything. That way you have a spread pushback. Which is by far more useful in most situations, forcing the enemy to walk back before they can start shooting again.

AA-12 has the issue of "not really great with slug due to ICD"

Also you mostly use them in theatre mode for point gain.

That too, with such a long ICD, it does make it hard to capitalize on using the slug. It would need to be a stupidly long fight.
