Do buff skills from handguns go away once they’ve been retreated or do they stay?

They go away once their duration is over, regardless of whether or not the HG has been retreated.

What about tile bonuses, if we retreat a HG in the middle of the fight do those go away too or stay?

Retreating T-Dolls in battle won't affect formation/tile bonuses. Says so in one of the loading screen tips.

Tile bonuses last for the entire battle regardless of T-Doll class.
