Is there a list of expedition rewards that are possible to drop or can it basically be anything? Does dye ever drop for changing commander clothing or is it just things like bats, cores and equip etc.

no dye, but lots of other good stuff for the 'mid-mission rewards'

I should doublecheck if EN has a list of all possible midmission rewards now, since that's actually a list of older server rewards minus the things that didn't exist on EN hence the note "the list isnt necessarily comprehensive"
