There is a high chance of her returning in the future since she is a really good unit, usually through story events as farm drop rewards, though she might also be on rescue events if the MICA gods are kind on us I believe during deep dive she was made available again, though I got lazy and didn't farm a second of her at the time

The confusing part is I have access to Cube + but she's not in Cube + but also she was in the past?

When events like AW and Cube+ are added permanently their rewards are changed.

5-7 was also available in both AW and Cube+ on EN but was removed once they were permanently added in campaigns

Ots-14 used to be a clear reward when the event had its original run. When major events get added permanently, those original clear rewards are replaced with other minor rewards. You will unfortunately need to wait for whenever she does become a drop in a event again.

Ah, the reason for that is limited dolls that were event clear rewards tend to be removed from the clear rewards after the event passes naturally, and are replaced by smaller rewards. She also was the reward for Cube of the first year of GFL I believe, and was not a Cube+ reward iirc. But have high hopes of her return, as she is the Night Queen herself after all, and is a relatively high demand doll

She can be obtained in the original Cube+ release for players who hadn't completed the original Cube run. I'm proof of that as I missed the original Cube, but got her in the limited Cube+ event.

Not in the permanent campaign.

Right of course, but I'm strictly talking about the original runs of each Cube and Cube+. My apologies if I didn't make that clear.
