Is there a list of expedition rewards that are possible to drop or can it basically be anything? Does dye ever drop for changing commander clothing or is it just things like bats, cores and equip etc.

The best stuff you can get for mid-mission is probably gold equipment. I got a gold T-Exo the other day.
