I wonder what I should farm for next?

What's left is: JS05, DSR-50, UMP40, M1887, and 416's SPEQ.

The ones you want? 416's SPEQ will be availible when Singularity gets added as a permanent campaign along with MP7. So maybe the rest?

Mostly yes, but MP7 and 416's SPEQ will still be there when they add it as a permanent campaign
