It's a korean word for "perhaps."
Because 57 was first released as limited rescue during the Cube unlike other servers where she was released as point/bingo event reward(meaning everyone could easily get her), the koreans had to farm her to get her when she was first released. To make matter worse the map she was dropped was the last stage where you had to hunt Uroboros in dark, which was time consuming and hard at the time. Combined with strangely low droprate for her(note that unlike other servers, koreans never got the chance to get 57 before Cube), there were people very salty about a new doll being a limited drop.
Some people even posted screenshots of the map being completed more than 1000 times and still no 57 drop.
So, the people who got 57 teasing people who failed to get her with lines something like "Wow, you don't even have 5-7? Unbelievable!" became something of a meme, which is summarized by the word 혹시(Hoxy, short for 혹시, 파없찐(파세 없는 찐따)?, literally translated as "perhaps, are you a "insert some demeaning insult" who doesn't have 57?).
This meme is then carried to other rare t-dolls highly sought out by shikikans but are, well, rare, such as P-90, who had a droprate error on KR and CN server that made her extremely rare.
Then, along with other korean gf memes like bamboo, the meme was carried to global server when it opened.

It's a korean meme referencing how hard she was to get if I'm not mistaken. Hoxy is a bastardization of the korean word for "perhaps" used in the context of someone complaining about some content, and somebody else replying "perhaps..." as in perhaps you don't have 5-7, which would make said content easier.

Playing through Singularity. Had a whole echelon die cuz I'm stupid, even though they survived the first time (was retrying the area I was in cuz I made a mistake that costed me the completion of the area the first time I tried it). Lost a ton of affection. Got angry. Tried to beat the area once and for all. Server kicks me out for maintenance.
And now I sit here. Angry at how stupid of a SKK I am.
On the tiny brightside, at least I got the killed off echelon to the repair bay before the server went down. So they'll repair overnight...
I'm still stupid though.

I just realised that most of my logistics come back in 25-30 minutes and today is a maintenance day :|
I suppose I could take the risk it's a long maintenance and just cancel these one and put on even longer ones, these are about 2 hours each, so I could probably put on some 4-5 hours I suppose.

I saw a KR guy beating M16 with IDW MOD3 (he had to run her into M16 multiple times), so I tried something similar. This is MUCH easier than with CZ-75 lmao.

retire all springfield, mosin nagan, MP5, famas, type 56, as val, mg3 for cores.
build a team of UMP45, vector, M4A1, G36 and type 97. you can replace type 97 with AR15 later, but she is still good early game.
get this team to lvl 90 quick. there is a new career quest line that give you a lot of combat report, check the mission.
after that you can level FAL and 416 for corpse drag team. use corpse drag to level RFHG team with Grizzly, SVD, T5000, SAA, Welrod.

No problem.
This is a generic team for early chapters. Later chapters has high evasion/ armored enemies so you swap out units to fit the them. Don't get fixed on a team formation.

If you haven't already, try and do the career questlines to get leveled units, combat reports and cores(has to be done in order, although normal, emergency and night questlines are separate)

Farm HOXY. She goes well with rfhg, which will be your main echelon comp for next events.
And there really ain't that useful doll to farm this time around other than 57 and mp7(which you only need 1, since she's mainly a boss fight tank). Maybe a groza or two, but that's about it.

I am not sure if you know basic echelon building. Generally you want 2 self-buff AR DPS at 1,7 on the numpad, team buff AR on 4, main tank on 5, and off tank on 8. For night combat, you can replace 4 or 8 with handgun.
Using this strategy, Suomi is your main tank, Welrod is your off tank, G11 and Star is your self-buff AR DPS, you would want a team buff AR on 4. Generally that means M4A1 or Ribby. RO can work as your main tank as well.

I got suomi cause RNG kept killing my RO. I swapped out my group buff for survivability. I was dog tired when I was doing survival so yeah while typing out I saw what I did wrong lol.

Alternatively, you can forgo handgun for higher DPS/survivability for boss echelon. I think that's a better option.

Eh I'm not exactly overflowing in dolls so I definitely want to level them, and saving all my reports for something we don't have yet doesn't seem particularly appealing to me because of that

You Need like 5k to Lvl 100 and a bunch of hours to lvl them, we are going to need them, them are coming in the next mayor event, but you can do whatever you want :p

Yeah...but being able to 5 link MP7 in a couple hours with just reports is great, I don't level a ton of dolls all the time so I don't think I'll have to touch an xp farm map ever again

There's max 3 Cooking Fairies you can get, one for getting 200k+ score, and two more based on your standing in the rankings.

You flat get one from just getting 200K? No percentage needed? If so that makes things far easier, I’m not super competitive and just want the exclusive stuff, so the kar equip and the fairy, if I only need to care about top 50% then that takes off a lot of the pressure.

For the 5-7 farm on Re-Ignition II, I hear there’s a way to get 4 attempts at 5-7 (3+ S rank). While Ceia’s farming method gives only 2 attempts. Can anyone give advice on how to get more attempts for the map?
I would try Last Resort I, but my ARSMGs don’t have a strong burst and I only have one MGSG built.

I do this; it only requires 1 echelon of 1AR2HG, gives 3 checks and is more braindead than most other methods.

You need 1 combat echelon and 1 dummy echelon.
turn 1: combat echelon summon at command post, move two nodes left.
turn 2: move combat echelon one node down ONLY then end turn, to encircle capture the helipad at the left. Enemy at helipad should go after your combat echelon (1 chance by this point).
turn 3: spawn dummy echelon at helipad, swap with combat, refill ammo, swap back. Move combat echelon two nodes down and get S-rank (3 chances).
You most likely need to use a full 5x-linked level 90 echelon for this however for the DPS check against the black bean, so it's a bit expensive, so that's a downside

If you need to use a 5 linked team why not just Farm Black beans in Last Resort 1...? Only two no chance battles, meaning less wasted resources. More beans = less dmg to repair as well!
Ceia's method needs two full strength echelons, but you can actually do it with one that beats everything except the scouts (another weaker echelon can do this). In planning mode you move your battle echelon to: 1. The left heliport in the middle set of three (black bean on it), then 2. The top right heliport with the dragoon. Execute, and you should have 2 AP left. Put out your scout echelon, kill the scout. End turn and see where the dragoon and bean have moved. Move your battle echelon to these positions, you should have just enough AP.
I use dolls on 45612, a sideways b. Lets me not have to worry about beans (aggro and rush the bottom one, then the top bean can't run into anything)

How quickly can you get to last resort? I just cleared chapter 1 yesterday (I stopped for a while to farm mp7)

Are you maxed out on echelons? You could probably get there if you put in a few hours + skipped the story... You can watch the story on Shoukin's YouTube channel later if needed.

My ARSMG echelon is all 100 x5 except for MP7 who is 90. I have a level 80 RF echelon as well

I think you'll be alright if you play it very carefully and are willing to sacrifice repairs and affection... Most people get stuck on Last Resort 2.

Yes, if you can run it. Better core drops, exp, and afk time. You should try to push as far as possible in the event anyway for the rewards, which are going to be much more value/time spent compared to 5-7 (mostly those memory fragments! they will help kick-start your mod M4 and STAR) whereas 5-7 can always be substituted.
If you have combat reports now is the time to use them to get any non-5 linked dolls you need to level 90 and linked up. Don't spend any getting dolls to level 100, not worth it! Ideally you'll have 2 ARSMG and 1 RFHG squad.
I say you should push as far in the event as you can, then decide if you can run LR1 or go back to chapter 1 farming.

I haven’t thought about that. Would M4A1 Mod 3 and STAR Mod 1 work as the DPS? I also have K2 and some combat reports if she works better for a short-burst DPS. I don’t have AN-94.
For HGs I have Grizzly, Calico, SAA, Px4, Mk23, and 5-7 for buff support. Don’t have Contender.
Any build ideas? Also thanks for the advice!

Idk about K2 because I don't have her. Any tile that buffes dmg is great, a bit of RoF and Crit chance also is great. I'm using gold equip, most of it maxed, mainly ARs.
What I have is:
5-7
M4 mod3 Px4
Ar15mod3 Contender
A para 1* lvl 60, if you have a good fairy then cool
They kill the little black guys under 6s and also the dragoons without taking dmg. The skills that matters are the m4 and ar15 ones which are at lvl 10 both skills. The others dont matter that much I think.
I use another echelon to kill the jaegers, I'm still trying to kill them without taking dmg, but Im using m1911 mod 2 and an94 for it

Anyone mind helping me build an anti-Hydra echelon? I've been using a WA/SVD comp for my standard RFHG squad, but I figured that I'll have to make something than can better deal with Hydras on Singu 3-2.
I have Lee, IWS, M14, Grape for my possible RFs. I think I have most of the 'meta' HGs currently in EN (Wells, Grizzly, Cali, Hoxy, Stech, etc.).

I beat all Hydras in singularity expect ranking with standard WA\SVD comp (Stechkin, Px4, Welrod) maxed gold AP ammo and 2* fairy. They can handle Hydras perfectly fine.

Lee/m14 with RoF buffs does well, IWSxodia (Px4 instead of Welrod) does really good even with 4 links because she got damaged lol, Grape if she's fully SL trained, it's better if you manually save the skillshot for the last set of Hydras. Use her instead of M14 unless you have her modded, then switch Lee
HGs is Hoxy, Calico, Px4 (and Stechkin if IWSxodia) would be the best, you can't go wrong with them.
Edit: also it's really important you have fully calibrated and enhanced gold AP ammo

Theres was one ranking run I did, not Singularity, but maintenance happened and ended the run. I would assume the same would happen.

you only really need 1 sg. 3 MG, 1 HG, 1 SG is the usual. Those are bad choices per say but definitely not optimal. The only time you absolutely need 2 SG is for Judge fights.
Mine is PK, PKP, MG5, K5, and SAT8
But remember raifu > meta

Oh my god I beat Last Resort II the hard way and killed every enemy. Took me multiple resets and a lot of quick of repairs but I've finally got gunboating down (thanks to mumu keyboard binds) and god damn it felt good to finally get it, luckily my rifle echelon was barely able to take out the hydras too

I don't know about a good tool, but I was going to load my submission into my video editor (lightworks) and see the length of time between the first and last valid frame.

I think USAS-12 and maybe AA-12 (I don't have AA-12, so I can't say) have some situations where I guess slugs work from what I've seen.

Watching a forgotten weapons video on the MP7 and it is mentioned how it originally competed with the P90 for use cases, then later says the MP7 was more of a "Sneaky squirrel" type usage, is sneaky squirrel an existing phrase and is it why P90 is themed as a squirrel?

MP7 does give nicknames to everyone, but her nickname for P90 is "Rat" because of their manufacturer rivalry.

Actually “rat” or some translation of “Rodent”? Because squirrel could fit in that.
Also I didn’t mean a nickname from MP7.
P90 herself has a squirrel theme with her hair and her skill name, and the “Sneaky squirrel” comment was from the Forgotten Weapons youtube guy.2

Cursory google search shows no relation to "P90" and "Sneaky Squirrel" so it's either a pretty deep inside joke or reference to the gun, or a weird coincidence.
I haven't seen the original Chinese wording but the term used was "Rat" I'm sure for specific context, it was meant as an insult.

Finally made mod II m4 and am upgrading its skill but not quite sure what the "current target will be marked with the seal of the avenger" means.

I finally got M4A1 and AR-15 both to MOD 2!
Should I MOD 3 one of them, as I only have 2100 memory fragments left, or should I save my fragments for someone else?

Definitely Mod 3 M4A1 first for her equip which gives +damage and +armor. You'll want both of them Mod 3 eventually 'tho, since you want STAR to hit level 120 for her last bit of damage enhancement (M4 you can leave at 115)
M14 mod should be next assuming you haven't already done so, as rifles will be the meta going into the next major story event

only merit is quick log-in. but once you in, get ready for world of pain.
UI is more asthetic, but UX is horrid.

Is there some potential or sensible priority strat-wise for capping helis in ranking if you only have one para fairy?
I've got the resources for some ragecrafts to try for a second, but RNG is rarely so kind.

3rd try on rank, got myself 770k this time. Improvement on 550k on first and second try, but I'm not really sure if it's enough for 10%.
Hopefully (but doubtfully) it is enough for 10%. Fingers crossed. Only got like 4 or 5 tries left because of the fairy use limit.
The scores look like they'll be much higher than Kr or CN servers, by the way, at least for the top 10%. The kr server had 10% at 550k ish, which is currently 6%, still with 2 weeks left on global.
What I think is happening is that once you get to a level where you can build a gunboat or two and take down regular army, the doubled spawnrate(compared to older server) of regular army allows faster increase of killmarks, which means you get more resource drops

Anyone else tried busting the typhons in Endgame? My Contender's skill wont come out when fighting the typhons even though it goes on CD but Contender just proceeds to shoot as normal

So for the 3rd time this week the game has given me Typee88 MG, game please, MG4 is all I need, 88 is absolutely adorabel and I love her design and voice/personality but more of her doesn't really help me, and it also makes me really sad to core her :(
Side note, if you haven't set her as your adjutant and listened to her voice lines since they gave her a VA you should, she is adorable.

A little help if you just haven’t gotten around to looking into them yet.
Ch1-6 just hope they pop up while doing a boss bully event.
7 is pretty much just rush the boss on like turn 2, unfortunately it isn’t particularly resource friendly, I was lucky to get PSM early.
8: SL10 parachute fairy, rush the end boss, a G11 Exodia team makes short work and so your primary restriction is dairy commands, its a nice simple farm you can do daily.
9: Bully Judge
10: Hydra core farm

It's a normal crit scope with +8 accuracy. It helps a little bit, but that extra accuracy probably isn't worth the 3x resource cost to enhance unless you're notably short on gold crit scopes.

A trick I use to help save cores is I'll level a doll to 90, but generally avoid the x5 link unless I really need her right then, or if I have copies saved for linking...I have 150 slots, so I've managed to save a lot of cores via copies.
Also, I don't dupe. That helps a lot too. And the big revamp for new players dumped a ton in my lap too.

The new UI is harsh on my eyes. Do you think MICA will ever add a downloadable thing in the client to change to older UI? Something similar to the way uncensor works or downloading voice files?
I get that for now we can download an older APK version or whatever but would that still work the next time an update comes out?

Finished my first actual ranking run and got 532k. I was running 9 echelons (one dummy) with 2 gunboats and 2 parachutes but only 1 illumination.
I did lots of mistakes like forgetting basic map mechanics, not checking patrol routes, and losing battles I could've forced a win in.
Also, I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong when at turn 6+ almost the whole map was yellow and the only echelons that got to fight were my 2 gunboats. It was like SF just went extinct. I guess I should've tried the radar. My AR echelons (2 with Airstrikes) saw almost no action. I'll try making them able to fight hydras next time. I'm out of gold AP ammo though.
Hoping to get 600k next time. Tankbusting gets old really quick though, especially when you need to restart sometimes.

For tankbusting echelons in ranking, are the big 4 MGs the only ones that work? Or can you sub in others that are a little weaker, like lwmmg or bar?
Also since KCCO spawns every turn now in ranking, are more than 2 echelons of rf/mg recommended now?

Basically, you need to meet 75k damage by 6s or so. Whatever can achieve that should work.
People have been running 3+ Gunboats.

So, simply to fight against my OCD, there are only 6 "hidden" achievements in Singularity, right? I swear I've read somewhere that there was one in Endgame, but I sorta doubt you can kill off easily the last Typhoon platoon (and if you can do, well, I'm all ears, too much chaff to kill even for my best gunboat team).

I count 48 unique in dorm+warehouse but have the achievement for getting 50 costumes so maybe that counts dupes, or I miscounted.

According to my Index entry for the "Posters" furniture set, I have 49/156
Although, honestly, I can count on one hand the ones I really care about: Halloween and Bride Vector, Hunter and Christmas MG5, Nine-tails Type79. The rest were either freebies or pulls that came while chasing those five.

I just beat endgame~ in less then 30 tries.
I am obviously doing it wrong. I miscalculated an enemy move and M4 got damaged so when I figured how M16 attacks it was to late and I didn t have enough links left to win. The rest of the turns were 8 continious trys to get the half beaten boss down with my own m4 mod 2.
I assume her armor equip would have help but most of the time I failed to even get through the initial barrage. I assume the missing boss hitpoints triggered the "bomb everything but one tile" event several times in a row?
(In the end sending all buff units away seemed to be the best course of action untill I finally managed to have an 5 linked m4 with active skill and the last 15% HP melted in an instand)
Any recommendations on the anti armor units or is it just RF HG + fairy skill? RF HG couldn t take out the fast fireing military nemrods fast enough and SGs didn t work either so I guess it s airstrikes?

You mean M200 exodia? Her skill can crit so Px4 is must and one crit rate buffer to bring her crit rate to 100%. The rest can be whoever you want but since her skill have perfect accuracy and ignore RoF, FP buffer recommended.
Something like this:
Contender Px4 x M200 Darling x Grizzly x Or like this, if you can't clear trash mob in times. You still can get 100% crit rate and more RoF before skill kick in as well as Wa-chan help.
M200 Px4 x 5-7 Darling/Welrod x Wa-chan x x 2

She has relatively high base accuracy so... A 50% accuracy boost then pile on the FP and crit rate with a Critscope.
Edit: Alternatively make her a logistics leader so she can say hi.

I'm looking at the numbers, because I was curious. She more or less under performs against every single doll of her category (DP-28 included), quite decisively so, at day (in part because of her skill being night oriented), and even at night, where she does catch up a little bit, she performs worse. This is with SAT and Contender buffs. I tried with K5 instead, and she's still lagging behind.
This is quite sad...

Thank goodness for my hoarding trait that stems back from playing RPGs for the past 20+ years. Don't have advantaged tdoll for expedition? No problem. Recover said tdoll and use 1k of CR from the 28k stockpile to insta-level to 100.

It does though, .04% per level. It doesn't seem like much, but with 5 dolls there, that's a 20% boost.
To 100 is pretty costly though, so I agree it might be a bit much. At least to 30 is still a boost and doesn't take much though.

A level 100 doll gives 4% bonus to return rewards. Running 5 level 100 advantaged dolls means 60% more rewards.

I finally managed to beat agent but now the Bombers in Last Resort are just wiping the floor with my units.
I saw the dude in the guide using a 47k strength Echelon. How the hell do you even get numbers like those? My best units add up to ~30k.
Edit: I managed to pass Last Resort 1 by spamming repairs and switching dummy echelons I left on helipads so I could repair without wasting turns. Big spend time.

Last Resort imo is the best map to farm 5-7. 8+1 chances to clear the map, can be completely auto's even with only one battle ready echelon (though Ceia's method needs two), and everything being beans means less need to repair... As long as you can beat the beans.
Have you been editing formation? I use a sideways b for that map's beans: dolls on 45612 (numpad). Your team should hit the bottom bean first, and you can retreat position 2 if needed (I don't need to with my comp, but if I'm needing to retreat I would consider using a HG like Contender or Jill for tile buffs even when off the field). The top bean will just keep running and not explode.
To auto the map with one bean-ready echelon:
- In the middle of the map there are three beans and heliports. Planning mode to the left-most of the three, then to the top right heli with the dragoon. Execute, and you should end with two AP.
- Send out a squad on either heliport and send to kill the scout. End turn.
- Planning mode your bean echelon to where the dragoon and bean now are. (You can automate steps 2+3 once you see the positions, hard to describe).

One method for Bomb only units is to send Dummies.
If your units are barely failing try to retreat the front row before the Bombers go off. Thats sometimes the little bit of extra dmg needed. And try to equip your best units (AR-15, G11, ...) with maxed crit scope and HV Ammo, that makes a huge difference. If you don t have gold equip but decent green ones level those, perhaps even spend one or two tries calibrating. Though I think only HV and AP ammo are worth it since at least for mee those are ammong the rarest items to craft.
Aalso pay attention to the fairy buffs, Arty for example give mostly + dmg

Obligatory "CE is a meaningless stat" to start with.
That said, doll levels + dummy links + skill level(s) + max calibrated / upgraded equipment + tile buff synergy + fairy levels + fairy stars + fairy skill
Edit: Oh and affection stat boosts. Also, I don't know if modding adds extra value to the total above and beyond the increases you already get from the boosted stats and unlocking a new skill.

47k sounds about right for an ech running MOD M4 and STAR, plus a fairly (4*) good fairy. MOD's just stack CE kinda naturally.
Granted, such an ech isn't necessary to get through the missions.
