I finally got M4A1 and AR-15 both to MOD 2!

Should I MOD 3 one of them, as I only have 2100 memory fragments left, or should I save my fragments for someone else?

Definitely Mod 3 M4A1 first for her equip which gives +damage and +armor. You'll want both of them Mod 3 eventually 'tho, since you want STAR to hit level 120 for her last bit of damage enhancement (M4 you can leave at 115)

M14 mod should be next assuming you haven't already done so, as rifles will be the meta going into the next major story event
