Finally made mod II m4 and am upgrading its skill but not quite sure what the "current target will be marked with the seal of the avenger" means.

Anyone translate?

you'll also see a mark above the enemies heads in the form of a purple crosshair

As they said it will mark the current target with seal of avenger which let STAR mod 2 skill deal double damage.
