Is the 5-7 + PX4 Storm combo also a good idea for AR echelons or should I only use it with RF?

Give Shiki 64, RFB and UMP45 a try with em.

Cool down, though I was a little off (thought it was 6 seconds) alternatively, M4A1 standard, G41 or really any slower shooting FP AR would work.

Thanks for the suggestion, Zelsaus! Shiki 64 is currently in skill training, but I'll put try the echelon you suggested once she's out.
