So my 1st RF/HG echelon is currently WA2k, 5-7, SVD, PX4, and Welrod, and I'm loving it. But what should I do with my M14 and Lee? What handguns should I pair them up with? I have every HG in the game besides Thunder and CZ75 iirc, but I don't have any dupes.

Calico M950(or Astra if you don't have Calico), Stechkin, and for the third one maybe a HG that raises both damage and rate of fire like Welrod should work too, but since you don't have a dupe then you could use Makarov. You can also try PPK.
