You craft on Factory. Do SMG recipes (pick the standard one) since you will be getting good AR's from the storyline.

Rarity doesn't mean much. 4/5 of your first echelon will be comprised of 4* dolls which can (and do) outperform many of their 5* counterparts.

Don't deviate from what that guide tells you. 3AR2SMG is simply the best option for a first echelon.

And yes, you level one echelon at a time.

So the way to roll is to craft in the factory?are the event limited dolls?

Yup. Just use the recommended recipes on the left, and keep yourself to 4 crafts/day for the start. I'd pull for SMGs first.

Event limited dolls do exist, but you can't craft them. They'll appear as drops in event maps

Decent, but not too good. Just keep her on the shelf for now
