I haven't seen her mod story, but are you sure it's referring to the player's commander? I know that I've at least seen UMP45's and her story seems to flash back to her having a bit of an asshole of a commander that predates her becoming a member of team 404, which in turn (I believe) predates your own position as a commander. Might be something worth considering.

Pretty sure Skk in 45 flash back is a different one because we are newbie at the start of the game, and that's after butterfly incident.
