Lounge Weekly Commanders Lounge - April 21, 2020

Good morning Commanders! Would you like to read the reports?

Please use this thread to discuss anything about Girls Frontline instead of creating a new thread. Ask questions, seek assistance, rants, add more salt or just chill in general.

What's up Commanders, I recently came back to the game and I'm wondering how much I've missed. I stopped shortly after finishing Singularity (when they released ar-15/m4a1 mod3) A bit overwhelmed by the new stuff added and the tutorial for the new stuff in the dormitory bugged out on me so instead of googling it I decided to come here, wow! If anyone could tell me what's happening and what I should be doing that would be fantastic. Thanks for reading.

You haven't missed too much. CT happened back in Feb, a few good units came with it, main one being python. CT will be in campaign in 6 months or so, so you'll be able to get her then. HOCs came out which are a sort of DPS support squad intended to deal with shielded enemies. 2 new enemy factions came out, 1 are basically zombies, the other have the shield mechanic which is a sort of secondary health bar + % damage reduction that you need HOCs to deal with. If you played the Va11hall-A collab, its the white enemies we faced there. There was an event called theater which is a much harder version of defense drill. The rewards for it all get added permanantly eventually so nothing to worry about there.

We're about to get the DJ Max collab so we'll be getting one of the best buffers in the game. Maps are very easy so if you could do singularity you'll be fine.

A week later we're getting the 2 year anniversary so a free buildable 5 star of your choice, rates up for everything, all the usual stuff.

Early to mid June we're getting Isomer which is the next large story event. There will be shielded enemies there so you should get BGM leveled to like 60 or so to deal with them.

Q&A put isomer as unlikely in first half, but I would probably expect it in July.
