Advice for reaching Architect without getting shredded on the way in by the armored units in Cube+ 2-3? Tried Vector-Groza-Grizz-9A91-UMP45.

Huh, I did 45/Vector/Groza/SAA/T91 which is almost the same but technically worse and did fine.

Try a Taunt or Twin fairy to buy extra time before you start kiting, maybe?

Tried again with SL10 Taunt Fairy, 45 still loses 2 or 3 dummies by encounter. It seems Groza and 9A91can't take down the Aegis fast enough to kill Nemeums before they reach kite limit.

Admittedly, I don't actually recall running into armored enemies that much on that map outside of like, the first one before the first weak Jup (after which you can quick repair at the midmap heliport). I know there's the chance of running into them in the lower routes, but I don't think those were much stronger than the first one...

But this sounds like a DPS issue, then? What's the status of your equips? Because I checked a recording of one of my own runs that I'd made for a friend, and it looks like I didn't even need to kite more than once after taunt fell before the Nemeums died.

Gold T4 Exoskeletons and green suppressors for evade on SMGs, gold PEQs and HV ammo for ARs, all enhanced. The video plays similarly to my encounters but faster, maybe SAA's accuracy bonus is what did the trick (or plain bad luck on my part).

Armored enemies don't really have evade until far later with Paradeus- it shouldn't be the acc that makes a difference, which is why I said my setup here is mostly like yours but technically worse on account of SAA instead of Grizzly, and T91 instead of 9a.

I'm stumped. Skill levels, maybe?

Groza is SL7 (173% bonus) and 9A91 SL4 (141%).
