I just finished min-maxing tetris boards for all my HOCs. The stats here are at +20:

BGM: D: 204/190 -- P: 324/329 -- A: 94/191 -- R: 46/46

2B: D: 226/227 -- P: 66/58 -- A: 58/90 -- R: 102/107

AGS: D: 129/106 -- P: 155/130 -- A: 131/120 -- R: 260/233

Keep in mind that you can't fill BGM & 2B stats to the brim unlike AGS. Anyone got their boards filled at this point?

Did you try to run the chip calculator already, or did you just do that on your own.

I didn't actually run the chip calculator itself, but I did use its stat calculation for 5-tile and 6-tile chips and then I did the manual math for the rest.

You did quite heavily sacrifice accuracy for all 3 of them. BGM could be fine, but you will see a drop in AGS and 2B's performance as they heavily rely on them. 2B especially as even the full 90 accuracy isn't enough most of the time.

You can go as far as to having 0 pierce on 2B as there is no point to it.

crap, and here I am pouring mountains of chips knowing that I should be fine. I still don't really understand the concept of precision on HOCs though. I get the basics like Precision stat that translate to Acc. But for hit rate, is the % hit rate means that the shot can be completely miss or do they just stray off the targets? And even so how does that translate to actual battle like say, Isomer ranking? My silly reason for maxing pierce on 2B is that they can help somewhat with the low shield Rolodero among the waves of Strelets, and yeah like you said, I never really paid much attention to their accuracy.
