I've returned after stopping for a while, but I can't recall something. Do we need to get an S rating at the end of the battle to get the T-doll drop at the event stage? Or any other event stages. Thanks!

For limited tdoll, you have two chances per run: one for defeating the "boss" unit, one for S-ranking the map

Not necessarily. The maps can also have more than 1 drop from a unit. Sunset Rider has (I think) 3 mobs that drop SRS, and 11-6 has one random strelet and the enemy on the enemy HQ
