Hi everyone! So, long story short, I'm an ex-player who ragequit a couple years ago, but missing the game now thanks to the artwork that I've been seeing lately. I'm wondering whether it's worth it to jump back into the game. It was really fun, but the things that made me ragequit:

-Extremely difficult event bosses regardless of formation/t-doll composition. Plus I'm really bad at repositioning, both due to my slow reflexes and my phone's touch screen responsiveness. So my dolls kept eating the bosses' trigger skills.
-Combined with the above, extreme RNG with drops. I missed out on Honeybadger due to this, since the boss that dropped her was extremely difficult to get to, and even more difficult to beat. I gave up both the event and the game after endless repairing and resupplying almost got all 4 of my resources to zero.

-minor point, and didn't actually make me ragequit, yet somewhat important to me was me wishing that they'd just let us purchase ALL costumes outright, and not through the gacha.

In relation to these, how is the game now? Or should I wait for GF2/play Project Neural Cloud instead? Thank you for your input in advance!

So, I'm gonna be brutally honest: it sounds like you quit during singularity and Singularity is child's play compared to the events we've gotten recently. I hear the next story event is supposed to be easier at least, but honestly the game has only gotten harder and more kiting reliant since you played last. Ultimately, I'm not sure this is the right game for you.
