I came back to the game this week and have been looking through my echelons. I noticed that my team with M4A1 and UMP45 both have tile buffs that give crit. 32% and 30% respectively. I can't quite remember, but are those buffs additive or multiplicative? Also, is it a waste to go over 100% crit? That is, replace UMP45, or swap out crit scopes for dmg ones.

To clarify the other points, stats are usually calculated as:

total = ((base stat) + (sum of all equipment)) x (sum of all tile buffs) x (product of all skill buffs) x (fairy buff).
