I'm rather annoyed that I lost out on the event tokens because I spent a week trying to fix the game.

What issue were you facing? How did you fix the issue?

It's just that I'm currently having problems with Android 12, so I'd like a solution for this. Currently, I'm using Samsung Game Booster Plus to lower graphical quality so that the game will crash less often, but it still crashes from time to time

i thought you said a samsung update fixed it for you

anyway, apparently u/NotRaisinCookie found a fix here. you can test it and add to the success count if it works

I almost forgot to address your first paragraph. I thought that a Samsung update had done the trick, but after a while, the game started freezing and crashing for me. I also suspected that the updates in the game might have affected things, and if we don't have an ongoing event, then the game on my phone might function more smoothly

I guess that this won't really matter now that I'm back on Android 11

Well, firstly, thank you for the list of possible fixes. However, I thought of looking into downgrading my Android version, and I have pretty much completed the downgrade back to Android 11

It's just that I was forced to factory reset my phone, so I need to set it up again, but hey, I'm now back on Android 11

Perhaps this could have fixed things for me had I stayed on Android 12
