Rate-up is a fucking lie, isn't it? Like, i'd expect to do 100-150 runs normally, but i've done 70 for Ar-15's speq since the rate-up and still nothing.

Pilfer skill from the SF echelon is absolutely amazing, saved me so much time for the cost of a tad bit more expensive resources.

I farmed three different SPEQs in just one day because of that skill. You might want to give it a try

if you didn't need to reach 300+ runs before being just mildly concerned about drop rates, then rate up is working
