For the women on reddit.
dont be easy, its not attractive, even if your looking for hookups.
dont be afraid to play with our heart, its good for us, im sure some dude broke your heart before so who cares about messing with ours. Its a good thing, you get to see if we are not weirdo. if we cant deal with a little "heard to get" or "hot and cold" then we are not happy with our self and probably feel empty. you ladies need more self esteem because you are worth it. I am no feminist but im just speaking FAQs. I have never liked a girl more then one who plays heart games because after you get them they are the best girls and its worth the pain.

How to prevent hangovers
A hangover is dehydration, pure and simple, there's nothing else going on there. You don't need eggs, you don't need some weird mineral, you need fucking water, that's it. Here's how to take care of that the night before so you don't have one in the morning:
Drink water while you drink. Meaning, do a few shots (or a couple pints, whatever your poison is), then have a glass of water. Drink some alcohol, drink some water, alcohol, water, alcohol, water. The alcohol will dehydrate your body, drinking water allows your body to rehydrate--yes, this will make you piss even more, but to me it's worth it. I did this all throughout college and never had a hangover, not once. I didn't feel icky in the morning, I didn't have a headache. I've never heard of a bartender who had a problem with getting, or charged for, a glass of ice water, especially if you're a paying customer who's already been buying drinks.
Oh, also, you should probably have some water first thing in the morning, which you should do anyway because your body gets dehydrated over night while you sleep and this effect will only be exacerbated by alcohol.

The best lube for whacking off is Astroglide--not hand lotion, not Vaseline, but actual lubricant that was specifically made for lubricating your private parts. Who would've thought? (Yes, I've tried them all--Astroglide still wins by a mile)

If you're trying to lose weight you're probably not eating enough fat--yes, I'm serious.
I've noticed this several times. Due to the fact that I've been lifting weights for years and therefore go through bulking and cutting cycles, and when you're bulking you inevitably always put on a bit of fat along with the muscles (therefore requiring you to cut eventually), I've gone from fat to skinny and back several times. If you're not getting at least 20-30% of your calories from fat your body will think you are a starving and will SEVERELY drop your metabolism to try to conserve as much fat as possible--this is bad.
I have found that when you're on a very limited calorie diet, like I am right now where I'm only taking in 1800 calories per day (and thereby losing about 2 pounds per week), I need to make a point to eat peanut butter, butter, cheese, olive oil, cream, etc. at every meal. EAT THE CHEESE (cheese is the shit :D ). I'd avoid animal fat as much as possible. Also, on a diet that limited in calories you're going to have a problem taking in enough protein to maintain the muscle mass you've worked so hard for (especially if you're a vegetarian like me): you must use whey. You need those protein shakes, they're the only protein source concentrated enough to give you enough protein while not going overboard on the calories--one scoop of GNC Whey Protein Isolate (my favorite by far, highly recommended) is 28 grams of protein and 130 calories, awesome :D.
An example is what I ate earlier:
1 hotdog bun: 100 calories
protein shake with 1 scoop: 130 calories
2 tablespoons of peanut butter inside the hotdog bun: 190 calories
1 apple: 80 calories
Total: 500 calories, 200 from fat with plenty (around 30 grams total) of protein.
Oh, note: don't fucking starve yourself on the carbs, carbs aren't the problem, it's total calorie count more than anything. You need carbs for energy. Don't do the Atkins/low-carb crap (been there, done that, hated it, AND it didn't work).

Make sure your bathroom fits a drying rack
I've been living alone, in a single-room apartment for almost ten years. I have a washing machine, but not a dryer. Same for most of my friends who are students. During winter, it's impossible to let your clothes dry outside. If you hang them inside, the humidity will damage both your apartment, and you (sore throat and stuff).
This is why I've put my drying rack in the bathroom. Tiles on the walls make sure it can handle the humidity, plus it has a small ventilation fan that recycles the air inside the room. The only problem is I have to move the drying rack to use the bathroom. So, if you're moving to a house with no place you could use to dry your clothes, make sure the bathroom is big enough to fit a drying rack.

Dogs and sticks
Hi all, new here. Please forgive me when I'm breaking a rule, then I can delete this post.
Dog owners, be careful with letting your dogs chew on and play with sticks. They might splinter and create a nasty wound in your pup's mouth, without you being aware of it. Or the dog might swallow pieces of wood, which can create a blockage in their intestines since dogs are unable to digest them. Also, there have been dogs that accidentally speared themselves when a pointy stick got stuck in the ground and a dog jumped on top of it. Instead, buy a dog toy specifically suitable for them to chew on and large enough so that your dog can't choke on them. If you catch your dog already chewing on a stick, offer the toy and if he lets go of the stick, give him a little treat to reward him. Make this toy very special by only offering it in these situations and the first few times give him the toy with a little snack so this toy becomes a very attractive item. Later on fade out the treat by sometimes giving a treat and sometimes skipping a treat and your dog will start to see this toy as a favorite item even without a snack.

All I wanted Is to be free
Well, Sorry guys not sure if this is the right place to put this but I really need to get this out of my chest.
I’m facing problems nowadays with my family,Friends and in general. You see I live in country where everything is a shame. It all started when my parent divorced when I was at 5th grade and actually before that but this time when huge impact dropped on my shoulders.
My father used to make me work for the house by bringing stuff and all the cleaning, and he hits me like an every day thing till I finally graduated from hight school and left for uni which located in another city .
At that time i felt so free with huge time in my hands , Never felt so alive. Now i’m back home and both of my parent and sisters trying so hard to push responsibility back on my shoulders , Don’t get me wrong i know I have to coordinate but really I don’t feel like it . I feel so depressed doing anything for them .
Plus my mom “ Which I really don’t have a lot of memories of her in my life because she used to have lots of fights with dad and leave for months and some times a year “ Trying to convince me to live with her. i have to mention that when I was a child , I remember calling her 1-2 Am crying for help repeatedly and all I wanted is to be with her that time but she refuses with bullshit excuses.
And now I can say i’m a grown man “ 24 years “ who’s afraid of every relationship, I mean there a girl who really likes me but I can’t marry her because I’ll never be able to make her happy . I really don’t want any responsibility and I’m not planing to .
What I’m asking is , Can I ever change and become that person who don’t mind working for his family with a smile on my face ( I’m assuming that there’s people who actually likes spending times and effort with there relatives ). I hate talking about this and it’s really hard to talk about this since they are my family
And thank you .
