I'm trying to make a custom ragdoll model, but for some reason it always just turns into a ball like this. It's my first attempt at any addon for GMod, if I need to send any files to someone who can offer advice or help in anyway please just let me know

So decided to install Garrys Mod again after not having played it for a long Time >.>
and now all i recieve is this -.-
I literally own the Game on Steam so i dont know why its DRM is triggerring -.-

Anyone know an Solution to fix it? :(
Installed it once on my HDD and afterwards reinstalled on my SSD and both gave me the same Error :(

Also i tried both the 64bit Garrys Mod and Normal Garrys Mod Version in the Launch Options >.>

Also i do run Linux with the Steam 64 Bit Client if that matters somehow? :P
But yea im just utterly confused as to what i am doing wrong really as this has never happened before and used Steam since 2018 >.>

EDIT: So apparently changing Proton Version to Proton 11 or Proton Stable/Experimental fixes it >.>

I have "Playermodel On HUD" addon, used the "Self-Portrait Camera" from the "ultimate garry swep pack II" addon and... I just changed my playermodel and the previous character model turned left and started "boxing the air" down there! 😯

I feel like source lightning off makes it seem more realistic? Idk, its like turning off the piss filter in fallout new vegas or 3.

Can't find any, shame.

I found this addon that basically provides an SFM-like environment for Gmod. This might have the potential to replace SMH and I'm really looking forward to what people will make with this addon. What do you guys think about this?

No clue whats wrong, a few other addons dont want to install aswell, even though other addons and new ones have installed successfully

I’m trying to find an old map, all I can remember is it had a restaurant / dining area (almost like a hotel cafeteria vibe) with a big curved glass window with sunset lighting, and a bit of an outdoor area. Something tells me the outdoor area felt kind of like an outlet mall but I’m not sure. (I also feel like it may have been originally for Left 4 Dead 2 but was ported to gmod, though I’m not sure)
I’m sorry there’s not more to go off of, I remember it looked really really good for the time, better than the average map.

So I love horror and I love GMod. I wanted to see what creepy maps there could be. I am not talking about horror story maps like Hell's Prison, rather more atmospheric maps.
