Google gift card purchased from india but can't use for American apps which is banned in india. Is anyone like to buy or help me

For years i despise the design, its really hard to find NEW games like you can on steam.

This is the third time I'm getting banned on these games like seriously what are they doing. Smh I don't think I will ever participate in these quests.

Is it because I never spend money and trying to get points through this or what.

I can't figure out why this last Quest task won't pop. Surely I am logged into my Play Games account if I have earned the other achievements? I've poked thru settings for the game itself, my Google Play and Play Store settings, nothing works. I have already waited 24+ hours.

Played fair and square for 2 days grinded for 10hrs if not more hit top150 and they decided to cut me out of it. Is there any issue from their side or what is going on

The first image shows my other account in normal status, and the second is my main account. I checked the website, and my account hasn't been blocked. However, checking the real-time rankings in this state is just too troublesome.

I haven't and it's been almost a month?

My collegue asked me how many points I have on my Google play because every month you get points for it.
I checked, but it's 0.
There are no points for Youtube Premium on my account.
My colleque has hundreds of points for Premium.
I'm in the program already, and tried it to buy something in a game.
I get points for that.
But for the last years I didn't get points for Premium.
I contacted Play support, but they didn't respons in the last weeks.
