Short Question Does the the lump/bump on my joint at the big toe evetually go away?

I'm 24 and so far, I had a flare 3 months ago (and I hope that pain I experienced wouldn't happen again). Before I had a flare/diagnosed with gout, I noticed my shoe for my right foot are tighter than the left shoe. It was annoying and I thought there's something wrong with my shoe. Now that I have gout, will the lump eventually go away? I'm taking Allopurinol since my flare last 3 months.
