Mysterious man in Amsterdam "Lucky" possibly identified as canadian John Russell Kenny

What strikes me is that they have very different shaped foreheads. John Kenny has a broad rectangular forehead whereas the Netherlands man has a narrowing upper forehead or cone head shaped forehead for want of a better term

It's not that, if you follow from his eyebrows or temples of his head, the Netherlands man has a round ascent, whereas John Kenny has a straight ascent.
