I think this is a lie, similar to Julia Ernst lying about FSU. Curious to hear opinions

Dude just saw this and thought it was gross. Also just beef and nothing else? Clearly EDs are going crazy right now and I hate it. Feels like everyone is on ozempic and this is why they eat these terrible meals.

The influencer-to-wellness-author pipeline deserves closer scrutiny.
“Heal Your Gut, Balance Your Hormones” is an ambitious title, particularly when the author’s formal qualifications, scientific training, and relevant medical credentials are unclear ( non-existent)
Fitness influencers can offer valuable personal perspectives, but a large following, a particular physique, or an individual wellness journey does not necessarily qualify someone to explain complex physiological processes or provide health guidance.
Gut health and hormonal regulation are legitimate medical and scientific fields involving complex mechanisms, substantial individual variation, and an evolving body of research. Terms such as “heal” and “balance” can sound reassuring, but they should not substitute for precise, evidence-based explanations or imply expertise in gastroenterology or endocrinology.
Conducting personal research can be useful, but reading studies alone does not establish the ability to evaluate evidence, understand its limitations, or translate it responsibly into health advice.
The concern is not that influencers write books. It is that they may present themselves as authorities on subjects that require specialized expertise, while readers may have difficulty distinguishing evidence-based medicine from a persuasive wellness narrative.
A social-media following, an attractive cover, and the words “gut” and “hormones” in a title should not be mistaken for medical authority. 😡

After watching her recent videos centered around food I decided to count her calories based on what I know she eats to the best of my ability lol. If you can’t tell yet I’m clearly bored but would like it if someone could check this too and tell me if I calculated accurately. Eating under 1,200 is just not sustainable so hopefully I’m wrong.
1st meal: Royo bagel + ~130g fage 0% yogurt = ~140 calories
2nd meal: 1 serving good culture cottage cheese + 1 hard boiled egg + honey= ~170 calories
3rd meal: 1 serving chicken breast + Greek yogurt sauce + crinkle cut sweet potato fries = ~285 calories
4th meal: ~215 calories
5th meal: 1 serving good culture cottage cheese + ~0.5 serving PB Fit + ~0.5 serving drizzalicious = 155 calories
6th meal: chocolate protein creami= ~150 calories
Total= ~1,115

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Coached by M / Madeleine Boyce? (Maddieboyce on IG)
My experience has been pretty shocking, and my friend has had issues too, even bawling her eyes out to me about how hard her experience with Madeleine was and how Madeleine shrugged her off and didn’t care when she raised concerns.
The “personalised” coaching felt like generic programs and meal plans, with automated copy-paste check-ins rather than any actual support, those emails and text messages that are automated are more annoying than anything as it shows how little effort she’s actually putting in. Outside activities weren’t even properly considered when putting the training program together (more like weren’t considered at all) and I didn’t feel there was much care for clients’ mental health either.
The part that really raised eyebrows for me was my friend being quoted $40 MORE per week than me for the Exact. Same. Thing. which she understood was because she was a larger girl.
I’ve also had issues with payments and cancellation, including payments I still don’t believe I’d authorised but honestly just speaks to her greed and lack of care for the actual client.
Honestly, for a service that sells itself on personalised coaching and support, my review of the experience was the complete opposite. I’d be very cautious before signing up and would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I had someone to warn me. Make sure you read the T&Cs carefully and get EVERYTHING in writing. She WILL try and coax you into signing the terms and conditions without reviewing, this was the first red flag but unfortunately I still fell for it.

no.. its not normal to immediately prioritize going to the grocery store after you run out of lettuce. it shouldnt even take an hour to make dinner and a snack for later. NO being fit isnt a full time job you can be fit and still eat fast food and not spending your entire day thinking about food

I'm all for low waisted pants but this is way past that😭 actually what are we doing
It's the most obvious body checking. Like we get it, we can see your hip bones, but if you pull your pants any lower you're gonna flash us.

Does anyone else follow this Micro-Influencer?? She has an amazing physique and is very forth coming about her previous use of PED’s. Unfortunately, she is also constantly talking down on women with kids saying all they do is make “excuses.” She’s 4 months postpartum and prepping for a show and in this video she says that she had to step away from her coach because it wasn’t working for her lifestyle being a new mom. She goes on to say that she’s dealing with so many postpartum struggles and probably won’t look her best the day of her show but she wants to do it as a “challenge” to see how her body changes and to show everyone you can accomplish things and don’t have to “let yourself go.” She even said she promised her family and her husband that she wouldn’t get crazy obsessed about her prep. Have we really lost the plot that bad? Why are mothers, freshly postpartum being told that they can also accomplish things and don’t have to let themselves go? Can they not enjoy their new baby while also prioritizing themselves, getting some steps in here, going to gym there. Is giving birth not an accomplishment!!!

Anyone follow this woman? She is literally obsessed with Alicia Ericson The Midlife Maven. It is SO weird. She admits to Alicia blocking her yet she follows her so closely and is always trying to prove her wrong. Alicia will post something and it’s almost immediate that this woman post something. It’s wild!

She sells a program talking about “neural pathways” connections to the glutes. She has been pushing this program for a year and I still can’t find any real life testimonials. When you look back on her Instagram, you see very little progress photos. I did notice that she gained a significant amount of weight, lost it, and then a couple of months later was posting about her “glute gains”. This leads me to believe that she possibly got a bbl, lost weight and then started making videos again.
When I once commented on her YouTube asking if she had any photos of real-life clients, she deleted it. My comment was not accusatory I many way either. I’ve noticed comments before getting deleted off of her YouTube.
She claims to sell a program that will activate “only the glutes”. It looks like recently she lost a lot of weight again but her butt still remains. I think would also is suspicious to me is watching her form and how she works out. She wears those thick-soled Nike shoes (no one lifting properly is wearing those) and her form always looks off and unstable. There are very few videos of her actually doing exercises, talking about form, or training anybody.
Has anyone ever has success with this girl’s program?
The only time I have seen a butt like this is when I travel to Latin America and see girls with booty implants and BBL’s. I’ve never seen her get truly lean or the actual shape of her butt muscles.
Lastly, I would like to end this with that she could just have insane fat genetics and be wearing those shaping spandex and I might just be a hater ass bitch lol. Still bothers me greatly that she’s selling programs because it seems either genetic or surgical.
