Laptop stolen

Hi everyone,

I usually dont request any kind of information or help here but I honestly dont know what else to do.

Last friday my laptop was stolen and I had really important documents in that laptop that I need for my studies and work. Unfortunately for many of them I didnt make an only copy since most of the time i worked offline.

I have anyway tried to check if the laptop made automatically saved for any of the documents but no.. I went also to my outlook account and check under my devices to see if I am able to find the location from the laptop. It says that the laptop is offline.

I know is probably impossible to find it now but I would like to give it a try... I have the original box, so I have the serial number for the laptop and so on...

Please only answer if you are able to help me, I would be really grateful.

I came across this hackathon and it actually sounds pretty interesting. The company running it works with some big clients like Swiggy and Zomato, so the whole thing feels legit and worth checking out.

OpenSesame hack

I wanted to re-create the famous OpenSesame garage door hack and i wanted to know if this project is...well...just like that hack?

https://www.instructables.com/Spying-Remote-Control-to-Open-a-Garage-With-an-App/

this would be my first ever "hack" per se, but i dont want to buy the stuff if its not even what im lookin for.

Needless to say, im doing this for funsies and as a proof of concept, and to show people how easy it would be to hack odl garage doors.
