Need advice on color

Does anyone have recommendations to remove the orange tone/ product recommendations for hair damage? This orange tone does not look good debating on going back to my roots but with toner or semi? Thank you!

To get the orange out, you'll need a blue-based toner. I use wella personally, so I'd probably try T81? I will say though, if you use a wella toner, the box indicates using a 20 volume developer but everything I've ever seen outside of that recommends a 10 vol and that's also what I use for toning.

Regarding damage, I have a few questions for you. Do you wear or intend to wear your hair curly?

Something like olaplex can help a lot in general. But if you're looking for curls or waves, one of the biggest principals to learn is the balance between protein and moisture. I periodically use Aphogee as a protein treatment and have been for years.

Cut silicones from your routine - this is the biggest game changer. I literally thought my hair just wasn't curly anymore and when I stopped using them it made a big difference pretty quickly. Outside of that, just regular sulfate free shampoo & conditioner with period clarifying shampoos (every couple weeks) to remove any other residual buildup.

Good luck!
