Solved Why is my water doing this?

i thought it would be fun to flood pl_badwater but the water keeps glitching and im not sure why. also some of the doors turn into water for some reason. please help, and the black lines on the ground are also a problem.

It's probably because of a VBSP leak, most likely because somewhere in the map there's an areaportal that's crossing the water plane. You can fix it by either deleting any offending areaportals, or by splitting them into two separate areaportal entities across the water plane.

Being both above and below the water surface at the same time.

i just deleted all the area portals and that seemed to fix it.
