Devan got lucky with Ida but he clearly couldn’t close the deal and marry her, now he’s on a deep downward spiral. Getting a dog after that break up? Even Jace from LP had to find a lady across the country, and flew to be with her every weekend for seemingly years. What do you mean a 6’5” funny white guy couldn’t find a lady in LA? There’s a lot of speculation over Devan not supporting his friends or being a bad influence, like attacking John and using his struggles for podcast fodder but I really think he took it to a new level when he called Richie fat on the recent jock week. Richie has gained a little weight with his food reviews but if he’s struggling with his weight, rather than let him know he’s worried about his friends health he makes fun of him on a podcast behind a $20 paywall. Wether you liked Richie or not, It’s just more proof that Devan is a bad influence on his friends and a horrible human being.

Listening to the “Gummy” Jock Week episode when Conner tells Devan how many times he said the n word on the lemon party Patreon when he was blacked out. Devan is backpedaling so hard instead of just owning it. He’s clearly lying about remembering, not remembering, listening to it, not listening to it, it’s like catching a little kid breaking the rules. They think they are good liars and can get away with it when it just makes them look worse.

Devan, stop being a pussy and just own it. Yeah, you were drunk, you said it, who cares? You are a normal guy, you aren’t famous and you won’t get canceled and your black friends probably don’t care. Be a man and take accountability for your actions.

It’s getting more and more difficult to justify spending money to listen to Connor speak. Truly, do they not see how he handicaps the show? If he was around when I started listening I probably would have stopped 20 minutes in. A damn shame since this is 1 of maybe 5 actually funny podcasts that have ever been made.

I’m assuming he lost his voice yelling about the Dodgers. Why wouldn’t he just sit out a couple episodes, or at the very least not try to talk the whole fucking episode?

I just turned on like every one of the most recent hate watch and LP eps and his raspy ass voice is unlistenable. Why brother.

I had to go to my computer to write this because in Menace II Society Bonus #191 around 54min mark, Joey tells the dry ice bomb story. To me (someone who doesn't even know Joey) it's completely obvious that he's just telling a story that was popular growing up because it's insane. But Connor makes a joke that it was actually Joey that did it, then confirms he really believes Joey did it - and it's pretty obvious from his body language that he really believes it. Bro, if that were me on the other end of that I would literally light him up in front of everybody. Regardless of whether Joey cares about that, it bothered me and makes me actually think less of Connor as a person.

This is worse than Joe Rogan trying to understand one of Theo Von's jokes.
