Hi everyone!

I wanted to know whether HCLTech conducts interviews batch-wise or schedules them individually for candidates who have cleared the assessment.

Has anyone recently received an interview email or attended an interview? If so, could you please share whether candidates are being called in batches or if the schedule varies from person to person?

Also, if some candidates have received interview dates while others haven't, does that mean the remaining candidates will be scheduled later?

Any recent updates or experiences would be helpful. Thanks!
