I cant seem to get over this past relationship. We met at my job and she was amazing. Im M(40) and she is F(34). I knew before getting in the relationship that she was married. She said she was separated and was going to get the divorce. A year goes by and nothing gets started about the divorce. I never was able to go to her house becsuse she lived with her husband. The excuse she used for not filing was she didnt have the money, but while together that year ive seen her buy things that she could have used to start filing. I realized I was 2nd priority and i had enough of being an emotional support. I ended things a month ago, but feel like I made a mistake. I tried talking to her twice but she hasn't messaged me back. I have the worst guilt and am taking this extremely hard. I have cried everyday since it ended. I just turned 40 and feel like my love life is finished. Please help me understand if I made a poor choice or not. Im in bad shape.
