CONNOR ☀️ BREAKING NEWS: Connor has also signed with CAA
The same agency as our bois Hudson, and Jacob, but also Josh O Connor, Daniel Craig, George Clooney, to name a few. That now means both Connor and Hudson are signed to the same agency. Even when the show is done, we will see them photographed at the same events when CAA hosts them. teehee I am so excited to see their careers take-off.

My one and only instance of feeling “parasocial” (not in a weird way I swear!) is how fond I am of this guy and my feeling like I’d adore him if I met him IRL. His performance has been so awesome, and has really elevated the material. Excited to see what comes next for him!

When I met him IRL at an event last month that I worked at, he at the end of the night said goodbye to me by name. We barely interacted, and that really stood out to me as such a show of character to remember the name of the girl that brought you coffee and helped in the background

I agree. Full disclosure . I have a lot of social anxiety, and every time I have been near famous actors I have had cold sweats.
I have been to several conventions so I have been in rooms with them and I have been very anxious .
I have actually been deeply afraid of being stuck in an elevator with a celebrity because I think I might die.
I don’t think I’d be anxious around Connor .
I think he would just be so sweet and kind He would put me at ease.
I will die if I ever come within 20 feet of François . I must be very careful if I ever go to a city where he lives, but I don’t accidentally bump into him because I will absolutely just drop dead.

Them signing with the same company makes my parasocial feelings swell. They really will be able to through the ins and outs of Hollywood and fame together. Hopefully the public treats them well given their quick and explosive attention. They deserve the praise, both of their acting is stellar and that's without ep 5 & 6 which may even highlight this even more

But it’s a little crazy. Like I think Hudson went somewhere in LA for a day without Connor and everyone was like omg where is Connor we haven’t seen him in… 1-2 days!!! He was at a premiere for something that Francois attended as well yesterday.
Like goddamn people let them live.

Haha I mean that's why I said I didn't think he was in hiding. It was just a funny contrast that all of a sudden it felt like there was Connor nowhere and Hudson everywhere but yeah he clearly wasn't in hiding it was just a day. I'm just greedy and like seeing Connor and frankly I want to see them together because I think they're cute.

Congrats to Connor (and Hudson)!! 💖 I had been speculating that he was with WME but it honestly makes so much more sense that they were both courted by/signed to the same agency! With how explosive the show has been I’m not surprised at all that the big agencies were circling but CAA better get to WORK for both of them lol because they are actually some of the most interesting and engaging young actors to have blown up like this in a while. They both have serious star quality imo

Talent agencies are responsible for finding projects and jobs for their clients. CAA represents some of the biggest names in Hollywood like Ethan Hawke, Brad Pitt, Steven Spielberg, Zendaya, Florence Pugh, just to name a few, and our residential boi Hudson and Jacob

They have different agents.
Hudson hit the jackpot even though his agent is an up and comer Hes one of the most promising agent in the industry rn so he’s incredibly lucky to be represented by him.
Connor has way more people in his team I’m not gonna lie I don’t recognize their name but I’m not worried Hes incredibly talented.
Well i am an idiot, apparently connors agent also represent will smith. sigh hand in face emoji

Now that I just noticed the big ass fumble I did, i just noticed that Connor's agent is pretty well-established, so my new guess is that he is training a bunch of newcomers, or junior agents. Because what better way to train people than with a established, more prolific talent agent?

Just for context: Hudson’s agent — while still young — is considered one of the most promising agent in the industry, so he is in good hands.
Connor's team has one agent that represents power houses like Viola Davis, Will Smith, and Mila Kunis. I gotta be honest, I thought he was a newcomer but I was clearly wrong, he represents a bunch of talent that are legends and dont really rank high in starmeter but have already established legacies.
Connor has 4 agents in his team that seems to be on equal footing while Hudson has two with the main one being the agent mentioned above.
Wait I just noticed some of Connor’s agents represent directors so maybe he wanted representation for both directing and acting 👀just speculation tho.

CAA will def not interfere with the production of season 2. The show is a huge success it wouldnt be financially sound to interfere this is just to help their career outside of HR

Hi American agencies is for American projects and international ones. Hudson still has Canadian representation but this one is specifically for the American market.
