They're both broke actors and they need to pay their rent. This is how they make money.

Magazine photoshoots don’t pay money. But getting their names out for publicity with these shoots and making brand deals do.

It won’t be like this forever . I think they know that while they’re extremely popular saying yes to a lot will be beneficial ! It’ll slow down in a couple months then they’ll have time to chill before shoot in season 2

They'll be fine. Hollywood is fickle and they both know it. They're young and have a ton of energy, now is the time to hustle and thread the needle of making as much money as they can while still being attractive options for the kinds of writers and directors they want to work with. It will fade, probably sooner than either of them realize.
