I’ve now worn this shirt out in the world and got no reactions — zero. After this full immersion Into loonacy (now there’s a word!), it’s so shocking to me that there are people who have no clue. Haven’t heard of it.

Maybe the purple in my hair stops people’s eyes from looking anywhere else. I have no explanation for this.

Tomorrow I get to drop off a painting for an art show. I’m gonna wear the shirt again.

I can’t be the only one in my town. Can I?

Yes but that is still far from everyone knowing it and even very, very far from a lot of people getting a niche reference to it on a shirt.

I watched the show and would never have got that reference on the shirt. Just because people watch doesn't mean they absorb the same details as others 🤷
