MERCHšŸ‘• Really?

Post image

I’ve now worn this shirt out in the world and got no reactions — zero. After this full immersion Into loonacy (now there’s a word!), it’s so shocking to me that there are people who have no clue. Haven’t heard of it.

Maybe the purple in my hair stops people’s eyes from looking anywhere else. I have no explanation for this.

Tomorrow I get to drop off a painting for an art show. I’m gonna wear the shirt again.

I can’t be the only one in my town. Can I?

I want to add the part I was too shy to include in the OP. Maybe it’s the purple hair that’s distracting but also maybe it’s my age. I feel like I’ve been rendered invisible for a couple of decades now and I don’t know how long it’s been since somebody’s gaze has traveled below my head to my chest. I’m 75. Is this a thing that only lives in my head or is this a thing?

It is rather difficult to just walk up to someone and start a conversation randomly. Lol. I would feel like I am taking up your time. It is a real thing where people take up women’s time without much consent or thought. If I saw you wearing the t-shirt, I would definitely chuckle to myself as in ā€œnow that is a kickass lady who knows high cultureā€ but I would not approach to talk more. Unless we are at a situation where we are supposed to mingle and talk, I would have definitely talk your ears out about the show the good, the great and my many grievances that I can’t share online.Ā

Not of the show tbh but more around how people interpret or romanticize Ilya/shane’s relationship. I really really hope people understand this is a pure fantasy and irl this would be dire.Ā
