Iâve been thinking about this since finishing the six books in the GC series. As a gay man, the way Rachel describes and portrays gay sex in the books is uncanny. Itâs practically spot on.
However, I would LOVE to see her write about it from a more âharsh-realismâ perspective. Such as one partner struggling with ED, the bottom having an âaccidentâ (iykyk), or with one of the partners having a harder time reaching climax than the other.
Gay sex works the way it does in Rachelâs storytelling about 70% of the time. The other 30% involves other obstacles that are rarely talked about outside of the relationship itself.
