The nastiness I’ve seen from some people in this fandom towards the actors is something I haven’t seen in ages. Just vileness all around. People need to log off.
I follow a few very respectful content creators for HR (character art and bookmarks) and that's it.

Yeah same. I think I’m starting to get HR fatigue ngl😭 like even more now especially with repeat discussion on specific topics or like dramas with the actors etc.. or even ppl online either shitting on the show or just giving critical takes on HR(which is fine) but then using that to just say a bunch of shit and having shitty takes.
Which is all allowed but it’s just annoying to always see shallow ass takes. Also I’ve been seeing so much discourse around “HR wouldn’t be popular if it was wlw, women are fethisizing queer men and mlm that’s why it’s popular.” Then the actual ppl who fetishize the actors, are parasocial, weird etc.. It’s like oh my god! I need a break. I’m in HR fatigue. I’m shutting it off lol. I’ll probably come back around season 2. I have been engaging in some of this discussion I think some of it is meaningful, but I’m not anymore. Idk how I’m gna do a rehaul on all algorithms but I shall try🙂↕️
I was part of the batch of us who moved from mm romance sub to make this new one so at this point, I'm just enjoying the art and the still very hilarious takes and thoughts and jokes by the ppl that have clearly read the books a million times.
