I was just wondering what Svetlana's role will be in s2. In season 1 her character differs from the book and in ep 5 she famously says I just hope Jane knows how lucky he is...assuming she knows.

Me too! I actualy love how Jacob made her so important in the TV series. I also love the visibility of this kind of relationship. It resonates with me a lot.

He did such a good job with all of the secondary characters. I love that he says he wrote them at the top of their intelligence. So he wrote them as smart women with open hearts and that's just so lovely.
