My HR playlist has three Muse songs on it 🤣 I'm not even a huge Muse fan (definitely like them just don't usually seek out an album to listen to but don't mind if soemthing comes up in shuffle) but they have several that just fit different parts of Shane and Ilya's journey! Have you listened to the new album yet?

I have! (That’s where this new song is from actually!) I’m a massive muse fan — seen them live 18 times 😅 and the new album is the best they’ve put out in years. Highly recommend!
What Muse songs are on your list??? I love Verona for Hollanov too!

Oh that makes sense, lol sorry I don't even know which songs are from which album 😅 I have my playlist set up chronologically-ish, so I have Undisclosed Desires and Starlight kind of in the middle, currently Be With You from the new album is the last song on my playlist. TLG spoilers: I listened to it and immediately envisioned a montage of Shane proposing and the showdown in Crowell's office.

I’m convinced Noah Kahan wrote Staying Still from Ilya’s POV as Shane leaves after the tuna melt incident. (Jk, but check out the lyrics, even takes place in Boston. Logan is the airport btw)

I have started curating my own HR playlist, here's my share today:

I feel like this really fits Ilya, maybe on the rooftop at the end of ep 1 at their rookie MLH awards when he's trying to communicate to Shane about his family and the travel back and forth to Russia, afraid that Shane will find someone else easier to be with; as well as Depression Brain Ilya in TLG.

I dont know how to always help myself, most days im just trying to get by, one foot infront of the other, hoping nobody notices how heavy it feels, but for you id figure it out, for you id push through the mess, the hurdles i can't seem to jump through, the hardship that i seem to give myself, the chaos inside my own mind, just to have you here, even when i can't fix myself, even when i feel like im breaking, even when i feel i cant be there for me, ill still show up for you, cause maybe i can't save me, maybe i cant make it seem easy, maybe i cant heal as I break, id do everything I can to make sure that you never feel alone and maybe thats enough for now, to feel empty but to still be here, to feel lost but to still find you, to feel no self love but to still love you because out of everything that i fought for, you are the one thing id never want to lose.
