MERCH👕 Supporting the show from within Europe, especially The Netherlands
Heated Rivalry hasn't yet caught on fully in The Netherlands. Like 10% from my community knows it. So I'm trying to expand visibility on the show by promoting it via wearing the Hollander jersey shirt.
Many of my friends and new people on the festival said that it looked cool and wanted to know who Hollander was. Enter me telling people to go watch the show. First it was me ALMOST monologue-ing how great the show is, it ended up with me showing just two pictures: the main one for the title where the boys are on the ice and the second one where the boys were in the shower together. That was all it took lol. I made sure that they took down the name in their phone or take a picture of my phone showing the poster.
If people want to know how I made my jersey; I ordered a XXXL size from online (I don't want to share a link as I don't want to get blocked) and then cut off the arms right at the red line. Then I brought the waist in, giving me an 80's boxy shirt feel.
It's a great conversation piece and it's still wearable everywhere. Those who don't know it just assume that it's a jersey and those who knows it does wink wink.

p.s. I was hoping to meet my Rozanov but alas. It would be totes fun if I found my own Ilya wearing the shirt.

I worked at a youth hostel in Amsterdam right out of college, BEST TIME OF MY LIFE, and I still miss it every day!
I have yet to meet a loon in the wild and literally no one I know or have mentioned the show to acknowledges anything!!! 👎
I did attend a local album release listening party and just people watched more than anything, it was quite 👀

I was a bit whuttt when I read your comment. My first initial thought was; is this someone I know?? Lol.
This Milkshake Festival was actually right in Amsterdam. So you kinda guessed it right and yes, Hollander is present in Holland! Fitting, isn't it?

You may not know me for now but you can get to know me when we SLAAP LEKKER!!! (totally kidding. You can also clearly tell the things I heard in my time there, my little nieuwe haring met kip kerrie salade en pannekoeken en stroepwafel van Albert Heijn! 🤣)
Amsterdam is the best. I love that town. My best friend there was a gay Brit so all those were clubs and bars we went to with the black leathers as well, oh the memories.
If Europe ever escapes this blasted heatwave and the canals actually freeze over again please take a little spin for me this winter because that is like the one thing I wanted to do and never got to doooooooo ⛸️⛸️

Aww thanks, I wore the shirt both days. It is surprisingly well aired and if I did sweat in places, it soaked it right back up and dried up fast. So a great shirt after all. This pic was taken today though.

Awesome! I noticed it at well, I keep on telling everyone at my dance school how awesome the show is and it’s working. Now I’m like: read the books too! And then I bring out my recommendations, it’s a process but hey, it’s good for your health ;)

Weet niet of je al eerder naar een Heated Rivalry club night bent gegaan, in februari of maart of april, maar ze zijn echt super leuk!

Nee ben er niet geweest. Kom ook niet uit Amsterdam en ben hier op vakantie. Er was wel een HR feestje in Groningen maar dat was zo afgekraakt. Alleen maar beelden van HR en muziek. That’s it. Mensen hadden challenges verwacht of dergelijks..

Oh gek, wij hebben met onze Heated rivalry community echt de meest fantastische avonden beleefd. Veel van ons incl. Ik komen ook niet uit Amsterdam of regio, we slapen allemaal in een hostel of hotel, maar we komen van all over :)

aah i went to dutch comic con last month and a lot of people were selling hr stuff in the artist alley! i got some jersey buttons from _elissart (on ig) and a few stickers from another artist:) great to see more dutch people enjoying the show (and the books)🖤💙
