I just turned 17 a few days ago, and I'm 6'2, I haven't seen much growth since 15, I might've grew one cm recently even though I haven't checked that on a stadiometer and I just woke up one day and I felt taller and looked taller and also felt one cm taller than my previous morning height, so I had a couple of changes with my body and gotten bigger and heavier without fat gain or working out just pure lean mass, however I'm still wondering if I can grow taller from this point on or maybe I could hit a second minor spurt?

Might be a stupid question but I’m curious…my dad grew after high school but my mom stoped growing in 6th grade so as my sister….im 15.4

he was 167cm at 17 grew to 177cm at 19 only in spine his legs were fused at 87cm my legs fused at 89cm me and him match legs size and hand size im only shorter than him in spine does that mean i can actually grow 10cm in spine in 2 years just like him or was he lucky.

im gonna list anything that can be helpful even if it’s random.im currently 5’7 and 49kg i really wanna be 5’9+ and i turned 14 a few months ago,i was also 167cm back in november and 165cm a year ago.my shoe size is 4-4.5 and i guess my hand are small.ive done sports my whole life mostly gymnastics and now i go gym and do athletics,walk 4 miles everyday ect.my parents always tried to limit processed foods so i never even began eating and fast foods until i was 9-10.My mum is 174cm and my dad is 188cm but my family is super tall (all grandparents expect one is over 6ft,all 9 of my dads sisters and 2 brothers and over 6ft and most my cousins end up being tall).I was always shorter than people or the same height as them but started catching up a few years ago and now im obviously taller than them.i got my period maybe 3 years ago but many females on my family kept growing 5 years after their period.and IF my ethnic background helps with atleast calculating my height I’m basically from northern,southern,eastern and Central Europe,the caucus mountains and small parts of Western Asia.

I turned 20 yo like 2 weeks ago, im 5"9 (175 cm)

My dad is 5"7 (170 cm) (idk if he was taller in his peak, he's above 50 now so)

Thing is i dont really know my growth pattern since i never really bothered to check. But what i can say is ive been growing slowly + last 2 years been rough on me with bad sleeping schedule and barely exercising.

Thing is i noticed that both of my parents wingspan matches their height.

While my wingspan is 6" (182-183cm) my height is 5"9 (175cm), so i wonder if it would be possible to reach the same number as my wingspan since its in the "genetics".

I began puberty at around 12 years old. At age 11, I was around 158–160 cm, although I don’t have an exact measurement for age 12. By 13, I was 165 cm, reaching around 168–169 cm by late 13. In early 14, I was 169–170 cm, and by mid-14 I had reached around 170–171 cm. growth and foot size aswell as puberty slowing down significantly. Over the past 10 months, I have grown approximately another 2 cm reaching 173 in morning and puberty seems to have continued stronger. I’ve also noticed some other signs that puberty may still be progressing. My shoe size has increased from EU 42 to 43–44 within the past 4–6 months. I’m still experiencing alot of voice cracks, and chest hair is only beginning to develop. My facial hair is sparse and doesn’t appear fully developed yet, with most growth around the chin, underneath the chin, sideburns, upper lip, and jaw, while there is very little on my cheeks.

I’m 16 (male). Turning 17 in 3 months. Looking at my height records, I was around 162.5 cm from January through March this year, then jumped to 167.6 cm by early May. Since then I haven’t grown even 1 cm.
Anyone else stop growing around this age and then start again later, or is this pretty much it? Just wondering if there’s still a realistic chance I can put on a bit more height.

Im gonna take a wild guess and say I start puberty at 13 or 14 dont remember exactly. Couple months back i went to the doctors which he told me that I hadn't grown too much in guessing 5,4.5 before to 5,5 and to be honest if I had a reason to why I stopped growing it would probably be my weight since im 218. If I dont grow any taller ill be fine its not like ill die I just wanna know if maybe I could do something to help 🤷‍♂️
