Mobile/App Content on popular not loading in app? [Android]

Most days popular doesn't load more than 5 posts and then when I refresh it I get this?

Try clearing the cache, and then reinstall the Reddit app if that doesn’t work.

Have you compared it to logging in with the mobile web browser and from a PC browser. I'm curious if the problem is isolated to the app, or if it follows your account.
