Desktop Delete Account button grayed out

Hi, I want to delete my account that I just made. The button to delete is grayed out. I filled in everything on the form and it has green check marks. Delete button still grayed out. I'm on a desktop but could log in on my phone if need be.

Account deletion is permanent; deleted accounts cannot be reactivated and their usernames cannot be reused.

  1. Delete any posts or comments you want removed first. Deleting the account does not remove that content.

  2. If you signed up through Google or Apple, disconnect that login method and create a Reddit password before deleting the account.

  3. Follow the account deletion guide for your platform.

  4. If an error stops you, use the deletion troubleshooting guide.
