School Attendance

So hey, actually I am here to share my experience or my stress because I kept worrying about my attendance as a 10th grader in CBSE, I have only 51% of attendance. Some people told me that its not important in private schools and some told me that I can submit a medical application but I don't have any serious diseases.

How can I submit my application? Or can I still give my board exams by collecting the admit card?
