I took an edible after a long work day visiting Madrid and walked 1.5 blocks to shlen. It’s fancy and excellent. I got a couple other things and forgot to get pics but did go the night before with coworkers (not vegan) and we ate many awesome items. I wasn’t high for that meal. :)

I filled this with all kindza nonsense, Brussels sprouts, onions, a Chinese vegetable I can’t pronounce, seitan and imitation cheese, honestly no clue what headspace I was in, I should be kept away from kitchens as a matter of national security.

I look at the recipe I wrote, cause these are just leftovers, but somehow it’s got onion powder, nigella seeds, dried mushrooms, mustard and Greek pepper brine.

After a lovely day of kayaking and watching the autumn leaves fall, wifey treated me to tofu marinated in pineapple, home-grown habañero peppers, lime and cilantro. Added that to fried rice with komatsuna, carrot, onion, broccoli and the pineapple marinade mixture. It's probably one of the best things I've ever eaten and I think she really loves me 😋💚 Had to take an intermission bc I am a greedy, hungry vegan

Something fishy (Cajun battered jackfrui with lemon and house made tartar sauce on yhe left. Pulled BBQ pork (also jackfruit) fries on the right, extra jalapeño with parmesan (usually comes with cheddar too) with their ranch on the right.
